1. Customization Policy

Slashee specializes in custom sculpted candles and small-batch custom artworks (200~500 pieces). We accept customization requests with or without 3D models—our professional ID engineering team will work with you to refine your inspiration into a tangible product.

• Customization Process:

The customization process includes three core stages: Design Consultation → Sample Making → Mass Production & Logistics. After you submit your customization needs (including style, size, material, quantity, and any special requirements), our team will provide a design draft within 5~10 working days for your confirmation. Once the design is confirmed, we will produce a sample for your review; sample production usually takes 10-15 working days.

• Customization Cycle:

The total delivery time from design confirmation to mass production and shipment is 6-10 weeks, which may be adjusted according to the complexity of your order, quantity, and logistics requirements. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order throughout the process.

• Customization Modifications:

If you need to modify the design or requirements after confirming the draft, please notify us in writing within 2 working days. Modifications made after sample confirmation may incur additional fees and extend the customization cycle, which will be confirmed with you in advance.

2. Quality Policy

Slashee is committed to providing high-quality custom products, and we strictly control the quality of every link from raw materials to production and delivery.

• Sculpted Candles:

Our custom sculpted candles adopt an exclusive formula, featuring better toughness, higher melting temperature, stronger pigment adhesion, and richer fragrance saturation. We conduct strict quality inspections on each batch of candles to ensure no cracks, uneven coloring, or fragrance loss.

• Small-Batch Artworks:

We integrate the latest 3D printing technology with traditional craftsmanship to ensure that small-batch artworks maintain premium texture while controlling costs. All artworks are inspected for appearance, structure, and durability before shipment.

• Quality Guarantee:

We provide a 7-day quality guarantee period from the date of receipt. If the product has quality defects (excluding damage caused by logistics, improper use, or customization errors confirmed by you), please contact us with photos and descriptions, and we will provide solutions such as re-production or partial refund.

3. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of customized products (tailored to your specific requirements), order cancellation and refund are subject to the following rules:

• Before Design Confirmation:

If you cancel the order before the design draft is confirmed, we will refund 100% of the deposit (if any) without additional fees.

• After Design Confirmation but Before Sample Production:

If you cancel the order after design confirmation, a 100% design fee will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• After Sample Production:

Once the sample is produced and confirmed by you, no refund will be provided for order cancellation, as we have incurred production costs for customization.

• Refund Conditions:

Refunds will only be processed for quality defects confirmed by Slashee. Refunds will be completed within 7-10 working days after the solution is confirmed, and the refund method will be the same as your payment method.

4. Logistics & Shipping Policy

• Shipping Scope:

Slashee provides global shipping services for custom sculpted candles and small-batch artworks. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, destination, and shipping method of the order, and will be displayed before you confirm the order.

• Packaging:

We use shock-proof, moisture-proof, and pressure-resistant packaging materials to ensure that products are not damaged during transportation. For fragile artworks and sculpted candles, we will add additional protective layers (such as bubble wrap, foam, and hard cartons).

•Shipping Time:

After mass production is completed, shipping time varies by destination: 3-7 working days for domestic shipping, 7-15 working days for international express shipping, and 15-30 working days for international standard shipping.

• Logistics Tracking:

Once the order is shipped, we will provide a logistics tracking number via email, allowing you to check the delivery status in real time.

5. Privacy Policy

Slashee attaches great importance to your privacy and will strictly protect your personal information (including name, contact information, payment information, and customization requirements) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We will not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third party without your consent, except for logistics and payment service providers necessary for order fulfillment.
